We are so excited to announce that our 2023 Recital theme is Once Upon a Time! The recital will be held at the Kiva Auditorium in the Convention Center Downtown! This year we will have a recital bundle! The recital bundle will include the costume, accessories, tights, skirts, props, the media fee, and a recital t-shirt! We will be having 3 shows, but most likely your dancer will perform in one show. More detailed information to come soon!
Here’s what you need to know!
The following classes will perform in the recital!
- Combo 1 and 2 classes
- Combo 3 classes will do 1 routine with the option of doing 2 depending on enrollment.
- All Ballet classes
- Level 1 Jazz classes
- All gymnastic classes
- Hip hop level beginner, 1, and 2 classes
- Level 1-5 Tap classes
- All Lyrical classes
- Company routines will be in all 3 shows

Venue
The recital will be held at the Kiva auditorium inside the Albuquerque Convention Center, 401 Second Street NW (2nd st & Marquette.) The Kiva Auditorium is located on the upper level of the West complex of the Albuquerque Convention Center.
The recital is Saturday, May 20th, 2023. There are 3 shows. There will be a 10:00 am show, 1:00pm show, and 4:00pm show.
Recital Pictures
Recital Portraits will be taken on May 18th and 19th! You will receive a recital portrait information packet on May 1st! Each packet/routine is $50. You must sign up online in order to participate in photos. Registration will be online and a link to register will be sent by email on May 1st, 2023.
Recital T-shirts
Each dancer will receive a 2023 recital t-shirt! If you would like to order additional t-shirts for you, friends or family, recital t-shirts will be available for pre-order beginning April 15th. You can order a recital t-shirt online through the same website as the tickets!
Ticket Information
Tickets for our recital will be sold online. Check your email for the link to purchase tickets! Ticket sales must be done online, cash and check will not be accepted. DANCERS DO NOT NEED TICKETS.
Make sure to purchase your tickets early! The early bird general admission tickets are $20 each plus tax and processing fees and can be purchased April 15th-April 31st. On May 1st, tickets will increase to $25.
The VIP tickets are for seats in the first 2 rows! The early bird VIP ticket is $25 plus tax and processing fees. The early bird tickets are sold April 15th-April 30th. Starting May 1st, tickets will increase to $30. VIP tickets are first come first serve and we expect VIP tickets to sell out fast. If you purchase VIP tickets, the 3rd row will be reserved for your dancer to sit after they perform.
